Swat and Kalam Valley Tour – 03 Days

8:00 AM: Pickup from Islamabad/Lahore.

Depending on the guest’s location, the pickup time might range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

8:00 AM – 11:45 AM: Drive towards Swat (Mingora)

Take a picturesque trip to Swat via the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway, then onto the Swat Motorway. Pass through scenic scenery and little villages including Mardan, Katlang, and Malakand. Enjoy views of the Swat River along the journey, as well as small stops at Buddhist shrines and local cafes.

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Lunch at Mingora (optional)

Arrive at Mingora/Saidu Sharif and, if desired, have lunch at a local restaurant that serves traditional regional cuisine.

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Drive towards Bahrain

Continue your journey to Bahrain, traveling through picturesque towns like as Charbagh, Khwazakhela, and Madyan. Take in the scenery and stop at Bahrain Bazaar for food or to browse local handicrafts.

2:30 PM – 3:45 PM – Lunch in Bahrain (optional)

If preferred, stop for lunch in Bahrain and enjoy great local food at a restaurant or café.

3:45 PM – 5:00 PM: Continue trip towards Kalam

Continue your journey towards Kalam, passing through the beautiful scenery of Chodgram, Mankiyal, and Harianai.

5:00 PM: Arrival and check-in at Walnut Heights Resort. Kalam

Arrive at your location and check into the Walnut Heights Resort. Unwind and unwind in the resort’s comfortable setting, surrounded by stunning mountain views.

7:00 PM onwards: Dinner at a nearby restaurant or motel

Enjoy a delicious supper at your hotel or sample the culinary wonders of Kalam Bazaar. Indulge in local cuisines and enjoy the bazaar’s colorful atmosphere.

8:00 AM – Breakfast at Walnut Heights Resort in Kalam

Begin your day with a substantial breakfast at the resort, preparing you for the adventures ahead.

9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Drive to Ushu Forest, Kalam.

Take a short trip to Ushu Forest, a peaceful oasis of deodar trees. Stop at Shaheen Park for tea or snacks and spend some time surrounded by the forest’s magnificent vegetation.

9:15 AM – 11:15 AM: Sightseeing at Ushu Forest, Kalam.

Explore the stunning splendor of Ushu Forest by taking a stroll through the towering trees. Immerse yourself in nature’s peace and capture memorable moments against the picturesque backdrop.

11:15 AM to 11:45 AM: Drive to Buyun (30 minutes)

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Explore Buyun

12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Drive to Bankhwar (45 minutes)

Continue your expedition towards Bankhwar, which is accessible via the southern half of Ushu Forest. Enjoy the gorgeous trip and get ready for an experience among nature’s treasures.

1:15 PM – 2:00 PM: Explore Bankhwar.

Explore the small valleys, turquoise water streams, and attractive features of Bankhwar. Admire the natural splendor and enjoy the tranquil environment of this hidden gem.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch break

Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant, experiencing the great tastes of the area.

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Drive to Paloga Waterfalls. (1 hr)

Take an exhilarating trip to Paloga Waterfalls, a quiet town in the Ushu Valley. Travel the gravel roads and take in the scenery on your way to the waterfalls.

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Explore Paloga Waterfalls

Arrive at Paloga Waterfalls and admire the flowing magnificence of the falls. Take in the peaceful atmosphere, drink up the natural surroundings, and take magnificent images to treasure the memories.

5:30 PM to 6:30 PM: After visiting Paloga Waterfalls, return to Walnut Heights Resort in Kalam. Enjoy the gorgeous trip and reflect on the day’s activities.

7:00 PM onwards: Dinner and relaxation

Enjoy a great meal at the resort and rest after a day of adventure and discovery. Enjoy the peacefulness of your surroundings and prepare for another eventful day ahead.

8:00 AM: Wakeup and Breakfast (if missed activities on Day 02) Begin your day with a wakeup call at 8:00 AM and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Walnut Heights Resort. Take this opportunity to relax or explore any activities you may have missed on the previous day.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Relaxation or Optional Activities Spend some time relaxing amidst the serene surroundings of Kalam Valley or engage in optional activities such as short hikes or souvenir shopping.

11:00 AM: Check-out from Walnut Heights Resort, Kalam Complete the check-out formalities at the resort and prepare for your journey back to Islamabad/Lahore.

11:30 AM: Departure for Islamabad/Lahore Embark on your journey back home, bidding farewell to the picturesque landscapes of Kalam Valley. Ensure all belongings are packed and loaded onto the vehicle before departure.

3:00 PM: Lunch Break (Optional) Stop for lunch either along the Mingora by-pass road or before reaching Chakdara, depending on your preference. Enjoy a delicious meal and take a short break to rejuvenate before continuing your journey.

3:30 PM: Continue Drive towards Islamabad/Lahore Resume your journey towards Islamabad via Chakdara, enjoying scenic views along the way. Take advantage of quick stops at Buddhist sites or other points of interest, ensuring they are within a reasonable distance from the main road to avoid affecting your arrival time.

7:00 PM: Enter Swat Motorway at Chakdara Enter the Swat Motorway at Chakdara and proceed towards Islamabad. Enjoy a smooth and comfortable ride on the motorway, soaking in the beauty of the surrounding landscapes.

9:30 PM: Arrival in Islamabad/Lahore Take a turn towards Islamabad via Kernal Sher Khan Interchange and head towards your requested drop-off location. Ensure you reach your destination before 10:00 PM, allowing ample time for any unforeseen delays.
