A. Our website is constantly in a state of “work and progress,” but all of the information available during this time is accurate and valid.

Q. Who can join your tours and treks?

A. Our tours/treks are designed for both foreign and local tourists from all over the world. Our tours and treks are suitable for all age groups. For a few of our strenuous treks, you must be physically fit and make inquiries to ensure that it is appropriate for all members of your group.

Q. Does every tour and trek begin and end in Islamabad?
A: Yes with No! All northern-area flights depart/arrive from/in the capital, Islamabad. as well as international arrivals/departures in/from Islamabad airport.

Q: Do you also provide group discounts?
A. We have provided price ranges for all of our treks/tours for this exact reason. As the number of people in your group grows, the cost of a tour/trek for everyone in the group decreases.

 Q. Do you only arrange tours/treks for the packages you listed?

A. No, the packages we mention are the most popular after careful filtering, taking into account previous tourist reviews and ratings, as well as the most tourist-friendly community locations.

Q: What if we don’t want to share with something like a room randomperson?
A. You can get your own room, but you’ll need to cover the difference. If its not included in a package.

Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. Cash is the quickest option, but you can also deposit the funds into our bank account, which we will provide once you register. We hope to offer online payments soon to make things easier.

Q: What is your return policy?
A. Unless individuals cancel ones involvement 30 days well before trip, we charge a 15% deduction; 15 days trip, we charge a 35% deduction; and no refunds are given if cancel 7 days or less. Such deductions doesn’t include bank transfer fees.
