Refund Policy for Trekking & Climbing
Tour revocation
In case of cancellation of your tour/adventure due to any reason (personal, weather conditions, flight cancellation, disasters, etc.), the advance/partial/full payments are refundable after subtracting/excluding:
1. expenses caused due to payments for advance bookings/reservations to hotels and opportunity cost of booked/reserved vehicles. Advance payments for most hotel properties & most vehicles especially during peak-season are non-refundable & non-transferrable.
2. service charges of upto 19% on the total received payments. A fair service charge is applied on cancellation based on the time and effort put into planning the tour and organizing the logistics, not to mention the opportunity cost of the tour planner. The service charge will not apply to payments received for domestic airfare.
Revocation by Participant/Client
If a client cancels, there won’t be a refund of the deposit because this policy safeguards members who have invested money and time in the vacation. If you want to be protected, it is recommended that you purchase third-party travel cancellation insurance.
Note: Because of “Global Rescue” insurance company’s positive past experiences with our clients, we heartily recommend them.
• It is not possible to transfer deposits to another individual.
• There is no refund for deposits. No reimbursement in cash
• Depending on the following circumstances, the deposit may be considered for transfer to a later date or holiday:
Conditions:
It is not possible to get back any money that Hushe Guides Pakistan may have already spent on our guest, if and when that happens. Permit fees and tickets for domestic flights are two examples of these expenses. The domestic flight tickets are only partially refundable, and the permit fee—which has increased this year—is non-refundable. If you promptly notify us (by email) of a delay or change in your itinerary, we won’t buy your airline tickets or put your name on our permit, saving you money. We buy airline tickets by the end of March, and depending on the departures and their status (full), we also apply for permits in February and March. The two daily flights to the Karakorams and Himalayas during peak season mean that seats on domestic flights are sold out well in advance. The deposit is used, among other things, to reserve your domestic flights in advance (as soon as we receive the deposit).
Any requests for date or holiday changes must be sent to our office via email and must arrive within the above-mentioned time frames.
Domestic Air Travel Cancellation
Depending on the airline company, the most recent terms of service will apply to airfare in the event of cancellations. For various destinations, each airline has a different refund policy.
Modification in itinerary after advance payment
Any modifications or adjustments made by our guest(s) after they have made their advance payments will incur additional fees. This can involve changing the number of days, adding or removing locations or attractions, among other things. As per the policy, the company will bill for additional expenses as soon as possible. Our guest(s) should arrange payments as soon as possible.

Domestic Air Travel Change
In the event that the airline company modifies its terms, the most recent conditions will be applicable to the airfare. For various destinations, each airline has a different refund policy.
Tour Dates (Changes/postpone/abortion/termination)
In the event that your tour/adventure is delayed or postponed for any reason (personal, weather, flight cancellation, disaster, etc.) to a later date, month, or year, the received payments (advance or full) will be safe with Hushe Guides Pakistan. In this case, a new quotation should be requested at a later date, and Hushe Guides Pakistan should be contacted prior to the tour/adventure to coordinate logistics. Normally, the prices of services (for example, hotels) vary between peak and non-peak seasons and rise annually. The new quotation will only be adjusted with the received payments (for the delayed tour) after subtracting or excluding
