We are Hushe Guides Pakistan, and we welcome the opportunity to serve as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you buy travel-related services from us, as well as your obligations as a customer. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hushe Guides Pakistan. The term “you” refers to the customer who visits our website or other sales channels, makes a reservation with us, or otherwise uses our services.
These terms and conditions apply to all Hushe Guides Pakistan clients as well as affiliated companies.

1. Day Tours

Hushe Guides Pakistan confirms a booking once it is fully paid for by a client. Once Hushe Guides Pakistan accepts a booking and receives payment, the contract between Hushe Guides Pakistan and the client becomes binding.

2. Several Day Tours

Hushe Guides Pakistan confirms a booking when the client pays in full or with a 30% deposit. Once Hushe Guides Pakistan accepts a booking and receives payment, the contract between Hushe Guides Pakistan and the client becomes binding. The remaining 70% of the fee is payable by the client at the start of the tour, prior to departure.

3. Customer Duty

When you book, you confirm that you have read and understand Hushe Guides Pakistan’s terms and conditions, and that you fully agree to them. You also confirm that you meet all of Hushe Guides Pakistan’s requirements and that you are physically capable of following our instructions and participating in all activities planned and operated by us. If you’re unsure, please contact our office.
Parents and/or legal guardians accept full responsibility for any damages caused by passengers they are responsible for. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Hushe Guides Pakistan’s services unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. Our Obligation & Compensation

Hushe Guides Pakistan will accept liability for its employees’ negligence resulting in direct physical injury to passengers only to the extent required by Pakistani law. Hushe Guides Pakistan cannot be held liable for any mishap to you or your property, including the consequences of flight cancellations, bad weather, vehicle accidents, strikes, sickness, government decisions, customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances resulting in force majeure. By confirming your booking with Hushe Guides Pakistan, you agree that we have taken all reasonable precautions to limit our liability in this regard.

5. Revoke Policy

Hushe Guides Pakistan does not refund the advance deposit for any multi-day tours, packages, or group tours booked with them. It covers the cost of cancelling your reservations, including third-party reservations, as well as payment processing fees. Furthermore, the number of days booked for the tour cannot be cancelled but can be extended. The cancellation fee does not apply if Hushe Guides Pakistan cancels the reservation. Cancellation requests must be in writing (email or letter).

6. Adjustment and Revocation by Hushe Guides Pakistan

Before you enter into a contract with us, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities or services we have listed. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to weather and/or other circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes, which are usually minor. If a major change is required, such as a change in departure time, we will notify you as soon as possible before your tour begins. When a major change or cancellation occurs, you will be given the option of accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing another available tour from us, or cancelling your tour in accordance with clause 5 above.

7. Modification Fees
